Two things: using this website, and the work if you go on to hire us. Using the site commits you to nothing — there are no accounts, nothing to sign up for, and no payment is taken here. What a published price meansماذا يعني السعر المنشور

Every package and price on this site is real, and every price marked from is a starting point rather than a final figure. What moves it is stated on the pricing page: the number of concepts, how many applications you need, and whether the identity works in one language or two. The price that binds us both is the one in your written quote, and it holds for 14 days from the day we send it.كل باقة وكل سعر على هذا الموقع حقيقي، وكل سعر مكتوب أمامه «من» هو نقطة بداية لا رقمًا نهائيًا. وما يحرّكه مذكور في صفحة الأسعار: عدد المقترحات، وعدد التطبيقات التي تحتاجها، وما إذا كانت الهوية بلغة واحدة أم بلغتين. أما السعر المُلزم لنا معًا فهو المذكور في عرض السعر المكتوب، ويظل ساريًا 14 يومًا من تاريخ إرساله.

Prices on this site may change at any time. A change never affects a quote already sent, or work already under way.قد تتغير الأسعار على هذا الموقع في أي وقت. ولا يمسّ أي تغيير عرضًا أُرسل بالفعل، ولا عملًا بدأ تنفيذه.

Paymentالدفع

50% to start, 50% before handover. Monthly packages are paid at the start of each month. Work begins when the first payment arrives, and final files are handed over when the balance is settled.50% عند البدء و50% قبل التسليم. والباقات الشهرية تُدفع في بداية كل شهر. يبدأ العمل عند وصول الدفعة الأولى، وتُسلَّم الملفات النهائية عند سداد المتبقي.

• Advertising budget paid to the platforms — that is paid by you, directly to them.ميزانية الإعلانات المدفوعة للمنصات — تدفعها أنت لها مباشرة.

Delivery and revisionsالتسليم والتعديلات

Each package states its own delivery window and number of revision rounds, on its card. Both assume we have what we need from you — content, feedback, approvals — and both pause while we are waiting for it. A revision is a round of changes to work we have shown you; a change to what was agreed in the quote is new work, and we will say so and price it before starting.كل باقة تذكر مدة تسليمها وعدد جولات التعديل الخاصة بها على بطاقتها. وكلاهما مبني على وصول ما نحتاجه منك — المحتوى والملاحظات والموافقات — وكلاهما يتوقف ما دمنا في انتظاره. والتعديل هو جولة تغييرات على عمل عرضناه عليك؛ أما تغيير ما اتُّفق عليه في العرض فهو عمل جديد، نقوله لك ونسعّره قبل أن نبدأ.

Who owns whatلمن تعود الملكية

Everything we deliver becomes yours on completion — once the work is finished and paid for in full. That includes the source files. Until then it remains ours, which matters only in the case where a project stops halfway.كل ما نسلّمه لك يصير ملكك عند الانتهاء — أي عند اكتمال العمل وسداد قيمته كاملة. ويشمل ذلك الملفات المصدرية. وقبل ذلك تبقى ملكيتها لنا، وهو أمر لا يهم إلا في حالة توقّف المشروع في منتصفه.

Anything you give us — a logo, text, photographs, a font licence — stays yours, and you confirm you have the right to give it to us. Fonts, stock images and paid services that a project needs are licensed in your name unless we agree otherwise, so that nothing you own depends on our account.وكل ما تعطينا إياه — شعار أو نص أو صور أو ترخيص خط — يبقى ملكك، وأنت تؤكد أن لك الحق في إعطائه لنا. أما الخطوط والصور الجاهزة والخدمات المدفوعة التي يحتاجها المشروع فتُرخَّص باسمك ما لم نتفق على غير ذلك، حتى لا يعتمد شيء تملكه على حسابٍ لنا.

We may show finished work in our portfolio — never without asking you first. If you would rather it stayed private, say so and it does, permanently.وقد نعرض العمل بعد اكتماله ضمن أعمالنا — ولا نفعل ذلك أبدًا دون أن نستأذنك أولًا. وإن فضّلت بقاءه خاصًا، تكفي كلمة منك ويبقى كذلك، بشكل دائم.

If either of us stopsإذا توقّف أحدنا

You can stop a project at any time. What has been completed up to that point is payable, and the opening 50% is not refundable once work has begun — it pays for work already done. If we stop, for any reason of ours, we refund whatever you have paid for work not yet delivered, and you keep everything already handed over.يمكنك إيقاف المشروع في أي وقت. وما أُنجز حتى تلك اللحظة مستحق الدفع، والدفعة الأولى (50%) غير قابلة للاسترداد بعد بدء العمل — فهي مقابل عمل أُنجز فعلًا. وإن أوقفناه نحن لأي سبب يخصّنا، نعيد إليك ما دفعته مقابل عمل لم يُسلَّم، ويبقى لك كل ما سُلِّم بالفعل.

What we do not promiseما لا نعد به

We do not promise a business result. Design, a website and advertising can be done well and still not produce a sale, because the market, the offer and the price are yours rather than ours. What we promise is the work described in your quote, done to the standard the rest of this site shows.لا نعدك بنتيجة تجارية. فالتصميم والموقع والإعلان قد تُنفَّذ جيدًا ولا تُنتج بيعًا، لأن السوق والعرض والسعر أمورك أنت لا أمورنا. وما نعد به هو العمل الموصوف في عرض سعرك، منفَّذًا بالمستوى الذي يعرضه باقي هذا الموقع.

Where something does go wrong and it is our fault, what we owe you is limited to what you paid us for that piece of work. We are not responsible for losses beyond it — lost profit, lost data, or the behaviour of a third-party service.وإن حدث خطأ كان سببه من عندنا، فما نتحمّله محدود بما دفعته لنا مقابل ذلك العمل تحديدًا. ولسنا مسؤولين عمّا وراء ذلك — من أرباح فائتة أو بيانات ضائعة أو تصرّف خدمة خارجية.

A project usually touches services that are not ours — a domain registrar, a host, Meta or Google for advertising, WhatsApp for talking to us. We work across borders, so the law that applies is named in your written quote rather than fixed here. We may update this page. Promotions and reward codesالعروض ورموز المكافآت

Not final terms.ليست شروطًا نهائية. This section is a placeholder for the conditions of any promotion we run, including the Brand Challenge on the homepage. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer.
