Pixora is a digital studio working remotely with clients across the Gulf and Egypt. There is no office to visit. What you send usما ترسله إلينا

The contact form has no server behind it. Pressing send opens your own email application with the message ready — your name, your email address and what you wrote travel through your mail provider to our inbox, exactly as any email you send does. The package buttons work the same way through WhatsApp: the message is written for you, and you send it yourself.نموذج التواصل لا يقف خلفه خادم. الضغط على «إرسال» يفتح تطبيق البريد لديك والرسالة جاهزة — اسمك وبريدك وما كتبته تنتقل عبر مزوّد بريدك إلى صندوقنا، تمامًا كأي رسالة ترسلها. وأزرار الباقات تعمل بالطريقة نفسها عبر واتساب: تُكتب الرسالة من أجلك، وترسلها أنت بنفسك.

One exception: the short request form on our campaign page (the page our ads link to) does send to our server, so that we can confirm it arrived. It holds your name, your WhatsApp number, your country or city, the service you chose and your note, together with the ad or link that brought you (for example "Snapchat, autumn campaign") and a short reference code. It is emailed to us and kept in a file on our host that is not reachable from the web. We use it for one thing: to contact you about your request.استثناء واحد: نموذج الطلب القصير في صفحة الحملة (الصفحة التي تقود إليها إعلاناتنا) يُرسَل إلى خادمنا، لنتمكن من تأكيد وصوله. يحمل اسمك ورقم واتساب ودولتك أو مدينتك والخدمة التي اخترتها وملاحظتك، مع الإعلان أو الرابط الذي أوصلك إلينا (مثل «سناب شات، حملة الخريف») ورقمًا مرجعيًا قصيرًا. يصلنا بالبريد ويُحفظ في ملف لدى مستضيفنا لا يمكن الوصول إليه من الإنترنت. ونستخدمه لغرض واحد: التواصل معك بخصوص طلبك.

We keep an enquiry while the conversation is alive, and afterwards only so that we can pick it up again if you come back. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not pass your details to anyone.نحتفظ بالاستفسار ما دامت المحادثة قائمة، وبعدها فقط لنتمكن من متابعتها إن عدت إلينا. لا نضيفك إلى قائمة بريدية، ولا نمرّر بياناتك لأي جهة.

What we measureما نقيسه

This site uses Plausible Analytics to count what is read: which packages people open, which contact channel they choose, and whether they read in Arabic or English. Plausible sets no cookies and does not collect personal data; the numbers it returns are aggregated and cannot identify anyone. Nothing typed into the form is ever measured — not a name, not an address, not a word of a message. On the campaign page it also counts which ad or link a visit came from, the kind of device (phone, tablet or computer) and whether the visitor chose our work or the contact options — again only as totals.يستخدم هذا الموقع Plausible Analytics لقياس ما يُقرأ: أي الباقات تُفتح، وأي قناة تواصل تُختار، وهل تُقرأ الصفحة بالعربية أم بالإنجليزية. لا يضع Plausible ملفات تعريف ارتباط ولا يجمع بيانات شخصية، والأرقام التي يعيدها مجمّعة ولا تدل على شخص بعينه. ولا يُقاس أبدًا ما يُكتب في النموذج — لا اسم ولا بريد ولا كلمة من الرسالة. وفي صفحة الحملة يُحتسب كذلك الإعلان أو الرابط الذي جاءت منه الزيارة، ونوع الجهاز (جوال أو جهاز لوحي أو حاسوب)، وهل اختار الزائر أعمالنا أم خيارات التواصل — أرقامًا مجمّعة فقط.

If you would rather not be counted at all, any content blocker that blocks analytics will stop it, and the site works exactly the same without it.وإن كنت تفضّل ألا تُحتسب أصلًا، فأي مانع محتوى يحجب أدوات التحليل يوقف ذلك، والموقع يعمل كما هو تمامًا من دونه.

What stays in your browserما يبقى في متصفحك

A few small things, and none of them is sent anywhere unless you send us a message or request: the language you chose, so the site opens in it next time; and, for the length of one visit, the package whose button you pressed, so the form is already filled in if you come back to it. Clearing your browser storage removes both.أشياء صغيرة لا يُرسل أيٌّ منها إلى أي مكان ما لم ترسل إلينا رسالة أو طلبًا: اللغة التي اخترتها، ليفتح الموقع بها في المرة القادمة؛ وطوال زيارة واحدة، الباقة التي ضغطت زرّها، ليكون النموذج مُعبّأً إن عدت إليه. ومسح تخزين المتصفح يزيلهما.

Your email provider and ours carry an email. WhatsApp carries a WhatsApp message, under its own terms. Plausible processes the aggregated counts described above. Our host serves the pages and holds the campaign requests described above.
